Judging by the contents of Roger Neveu's 2019 Sancerre Côtes des Embouffants-A Sancerre with unctuous fruit pierced by a shining ray of zippy citrus, with a chalky terroir note somewhere in the mix, showing an incredible precision-that statement remains true to this day
